Lawyer registered with the Portuguese Bar Association since 2008, Diana has a degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (2000-2005), in the field of Legal-Private Sciences.

A senior associate at Legalworks, Diana has transversal experience in judicial and arbitration litigation in the various areas of practice developed in the firm, having assumed the sponsorship of private and institutional clients, ensuring, in addition, legal consultation, the drafting and analysis of contracts and other instruments and litigation risk analysis, as well as advising Municipalities with a view to ensuring that subsidiary companies comply with current legal norms and concessionaires in their relationship with grantors, within the scope of contract renegotiation.
