Joana Maria Gonçalves Monteiro
A senior associate at LEGALWORKS, Joana has a degree in Law and a postgraduate degree in Labor Law, Public and Market Law and Commercial Company Law.
With 15 years of experience in the Commercial and Corporate area, she provides support and accompaniment to companies, including in the preparation, negotiation and monitoring of contracts and commercial transactions, incorporation, transformation, merger and dissolution of companies, financing operations and capital increase, acquisition and sale of companies, company business and its relationship with employees, legal advice on large-scale projects, such as music events and other shows, support in the registration and defense of copyright, related rights and industrial property rights, assistance in acquiring Portuguese nationality and obtaining a residence permit in Portugal.
