Patrícia Cipriano, Of Counsel at LEGALWORKS - GOMES DA SILVA, graduated from the Faculty of Law in Coimbra in the area of Legal Policies and has been practising law ever since.
He is currently responsible for managing and coordinating the work carried out by the firm in the Family and Succession Law Department, but also practices in the areas of Civil and Criminal Law.
She has been involved in organisations for a long time, serving as President of the Portuguese Association of Missing and Vulnerable Children and as a member of the Advisory Board of the Amber Alert Europe Foundation.
The work she has done throughout her professional and associative life earned her the recognition of high merit in the defence of human rights by the Portuguese Parliament on 16 December 2021.
She completed the preparation course for the Centre for Judicial Studies at Universidade Portucalense in 2006 and took part in a postgraduate course in public procurement law at Universidade de Coimbra that same year.
She is studying for a master's degree in Police Sciences - Criminology and Criminal Investigation - at the Higher Institute of Police Sciences and Internal Security.
She is a Portuguese member of Lawyers in Europe against Parental Abduction.
Elected by the PSD in the 2021 local elections, representing the party in the Marvila parish assembly.
Elected member of the PSD Lisbon District Assembly.
