Susana is a senior associate in the Commercial and Corporate area and has over 17 years of experience, providing regular advice to clients from the most varied sectors of activity.

She has an extensive experience in providing legal advice services in commercial, corporate and related matters, including mergers and acquisitions, due diligences, restructuring operations, preparation and negotiation of civil and commercial contracts.

She provides legal advice in major projects, such as music events and other productions, support in the registration and defence of copyrights rights, related and industrial property rights, assistance in cases of acquisition of Portuguese nationality and residence permit in Portugal.

She has got three postgraduate degrees, in Commercial Law from the Faculty of Law of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, in Labour Law from the Faculty of Law of Lisbon and in Intellectual Law from the Faculty of Law of Lisbon.
